Cologne-Godorf

The Center, seated in the megacity of Cologne and Germany´s most thriving economical area, was completed by the opening of OBI in 2007. It disposes of 2,529 parking spaces and a variety of products for its customers, on 44,000 m² GLA. IKEA is located there since 1991. Also CARGLASS and CCC Automobile are present there, a tenant mix that attracts 3.8 million visitors per year.
